Some important information that you must remember before submitting any kind of changes are listed below:
Any media uploaded must be in JPG, JPEG or PNG format and must not exceed 300KB
Any changes submitted after office hours will be subjected to the next working day
After submitting OTP, you will be contacted by our agents from Call Center
You have to receive our Verification Call
After final verification it will take 1 working day to update the information
Office hours are as followed – Sunday to Thursday 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
To Update Your BO Account Information
Visit our website “royalcapitalbd.com” and click on “Login/Register” button
Provide ID and password and enter the home panel
Select the desired code
Select the desired services from the “Information Update” tab that you will find in the left Menu
To Update/Change Your Bank Information
Click on the “Bank” from the information update tab
Select your bank
Choose your district
Select the branch
Routing number will appear automatically
Input your 13-digit bank account number
Upload media file of your MICR cheque or Bank Certificate with NID mentioned in it.
Press on the “Get OTP” that will send OTP message to your phone and email
Input the OTP and press submit
To Update/Change Your Address Information
Click on the “Address” from the information update tab and name your
Country
Division
City
Write the Zip-code/Postal code
Write the detailed address in the fifth box which you are in now
Upload media file of any Government utility bill or Photo ID mentioning your address.
Press on the “Get OTP” that will send OTP message to your phone and email
Input the OTP and press submit
To Update/Change Your Mobile Number Information
Click on the “Mobile” from the information update tab
Write your new mobile number
Reconfirm the number by writing again
Press on the “Get OTP” that will send OTP message to your current phone and email
Input the OTP and press submit
Remember in this case you will receive the verification call in your current number (the number you are trying to change) from our Call Center for final verification after which your request for information will be placed and it will be updated within 1 working day.
To Update/Change Your Email ID
Click on the “E-mail” from the information update tab
Write your new email ID
Reconfirm the email ID by writing again
Press on the “Get OTP” that will send OTP message to your phone and email
Input the OTP and press submit
To Update Your Tax Identification Number (TIN)
Click on the “E-TIN” from the information update tab
Write your E-TIN
Reconfirm the E-TIN by writing again
Press on the “Get OTP” that will send OTP message to your phone and email

As stated earlier, after successful submission of changes made in the web panel, you will receive call from our call center agents in your registered contact number and email. After completing all the necessary steps of verification, it will take 1 working day to update your information.

How can I change my information? = simply visit royalcapitalbd.com and login to your account to access the code and click on Information Update.
How many days will it take to update? = It takes 1 working day (Except Fridays and Saturdays) to update the information after receiving the final verification call from our Call Center.
What can I update? = You can now update your bank account, address, phone number, e-mail and TIN information online from our portal.
When will I receive a call from Call Center? = Within our working hours that Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, you will be contacted after submitting the OTP.
Can I use Royal Touch App to update information? = Currently the service is yet available. You can update using only our web.
Why will I receive call in my old number for mobile change update? = to prevent any mishaps and to confirm the request of the contact information change we will contact clients in the current number (the number now using and registered) and approve the change once it is confirmed.
What if submit wrong information by mistake? = Changes will be done after final verification from our Call Center thus there will be room for correction if required.
