Revolutionizing Capital Market: Introducing online BO Account opening with instant e-KYC verification
Royal Capital Limited has always been leaning towards digitalization in the Capital Market of Bangladesh. We have been introducing various technologies as a part of our services that allow the existing and future clients with ease of online services.
As a part of our latest addition to our online BO account service, we have included e-KYC registration service where a client can register for BO account instantly with proper NID verification. By following some easy and simple steps, a client can open online BO account.
Log on to bo.royalcapitalbd.com and register using your mobile number and email address and click on “Continue to Registration”. A temporary user ID and Password will be sent to your email address shortly after registration. Click on the “Sign In” button to carry on the next process. Remember the mobile number and email address cannot be changed until the registration process is completed.
Log in to the registration panel using the temporary user ID and Password that has been sent to your mail address.
The second phase will take you the second page where you have to input your NID/Smart Card Number (10, 13, 17 digits) are allowed for registration and validation. After that input your date of birth according to your NID – first date, then month and lastly the year. In the third step upload or take picture of yourself. After completion of these three steps, click on “Send OTP” and an OTP will be sent to your mobile number.
Remember: while taking picture of yourself, look into the camera with a clear background and well lighted environment. Do not wear any kind of mask, ornaments etc. while taking photo. If you upload photo, then use passport size photo or any picture that shows your face clearly and the file must not exceed 300KB and the format should be JPG or PNG. If the photo does not match with NID then an error message will show on your screen.
The third step will redirect you to the main BO registration panel of Royal Capital Limited. Here you will be able to fill up all the necessary information step by step. Firstly you have to fill up all of your necessary information by clicking on the “Add Account Holder(s)” tab on the upper left corner. You have to select the type of account you want to create i.e. Individual or Joint Account.
Remember, your name and date of birth will be prefetched from the previous page according to your NID which is non editable. Address will also be fetched but the field will be editable. You have to fill up the other information like father and mother name, post code and required information according to the fields of the page.
If you select Joint Account, then you have to provide information similarly for the second account holder.
Select your desired branch and press “Save and Continue”.
You are now in “Add Bank A/C Info”. In this page you have to provide your bank account information for your BO Account. First select the name of your bank and then select the district according to your branch’s district. You now have to select the branch and the routing number will automatically appear according to your provided information. You now have to provide 13-digit bank account number and for proceeding to the next page, press “Save and Continue”.
You can skip the Authorization and Nominee information and update them later if required by you.
“Upload Documents” is the section where you have to upload the necessary documents like the front and back part of your NID individually and scanned signature. Your photo will be pre-selected as you have completed that part at the beginning of registration by uploading or clicking your photo. After uploading the documents click on save on each one and finally click on “Save and Continue”.
Remember, the scanned signature photo must be large enough so that it clear and visible. Small signatures in large area will not be accepted.
After you successfully put all the information in previous fields, next go to the “Payment Options” to make payment. Click on the box to accept the conditions and then “Payment” will appear to open the options of payment.
Our payment options are integrated with every possible existing payment channels available in the country. Clients can pay the amount through any Credit or Debit card – VISA, MasterCard or Nexus Pay Card that is issued in Bangladesh or use any available mobile financial service (MFS) or use internet banking of the available banks. Payments will be done instantly and will be added to the panel of the client. Payment confirmation SMS will be sent your mobile and will be updated in the payment panel later.
Now, you as a client will have to wait for maximum two working days to get the account opening confirmation from CDBL. All the information will be transferred to CDBL within the day from Royal Capital Limited.
